The maisonettes in Tinos are located in the traditional settlement of Ag. Nikolaos - Trochonomos, and extend on a plot of 4,200 square meters with east meridian orientation (protected from the winds) and unrestricted views of the sea and the surrounding islands.
The architecture of the buildings was based on a combination of traditional Cycladic art and modern practice.
Specifically, stone, wood, marble and white plaster prevail. The houses have a fireplace, wooden ceilings, decorative stone shelves, built-in lockers, stone walkway (arch), marble lintels on doors and windows and designs pigeons. The internal frames are made of aluminum for the best thermal insulation and the exterior wooden ones are made of wood.
The surrounding area has been architecturally landscaped with walls, terraces, stairs, flower beds, courtyards and living rooms in order to ensure the functionality and privacy of each maisonette.
